Eligibility for Admission

A candidate who has passed XIIth  std. Examination (H.S.C.) in General/Science stream, from Gujarat Secondary Examination Board, or any other equivalent examination, with 50% marks (45% marks in case of S.C./S.T./S.E.B.C. candidates) at first attempt, is eligible for admission. A candidate, who has passed XIIth standard examination from C.B.S.E./I.S.C.E. Board, or any other equivalent Examination is also eligible, provided he/she has secured the requisite class/marks at first attempt. Such candidate must have obtained Provisional Eligibility Certificate from Gujarat University.

The candidate must have passed such examination with the following subjects: 

English and Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics or Accountancy (Book-keeping & Accountancy)

Total marks in Theory only (Excluding marks in practical examination for science stream students) will be considered for the purpose of admission.

Seats

Total seats available are 120, including Reservations for S.C./S.T./S.E.B.C. as per rules. A few seats for NRI/NRI sponsored candidates are also provided in these total seats. These seats are allocated as:

Free (Normal Fees) seats and Payment Fees seats, besides those allocated for NRI/NRI sponsored or Indian citizen students.

Merit List

Admission will be granted strictly on the merit basis and separate lists will be prepared for Open and Reserve category candidates.

• Caste Certificate in case of S.C./S.T./S.E.B.C. candidates
   
• Provisional Eligibility C.B.S.E./I.S.C.E. candidates and candidates of Other Equivalent Examination)
